The DFR has released its office alongside details of the application and review process for the Rebate Monthly Authorization Processing Fee (MAPF) program.
HOUSTON, TX, UNITED STATES, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — DFR is an independent organization, not a government agency. MAPF provides eligible U.S. small businesses with reimbursement of 30% to 75% of qualifying monthly credit card authorization processing fees, up to $35,000.
Inside DFR and the MAPF Application Process
Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, DFR supports eligible small businesses through programs designed to reduce financial pressure from recurring operating costs. The newly released office image offers a closer look at the organization behind MAPF as DFR continues to expand access to the program.
Applying for MAPF begins through DFR’s Secure Merchant Portal. Applicants first complete Digital Identity Verification, where business information is verified and screened for potential fraud through the Secure Dual Audit protocol.
The second step is E-Sign & Digital Vault, where the business electronically signs its MAPF application before the documents are securely sealed and stored.
Three-Tier Application Review
Once submitted, applications move through DFR’s Three-Tier Review System:
Tier 1 – Auto Screening: Reviews basic eligibility and checks that required documentation is complete.
Tier 2 – Fraud Detection: Verifies submitted information and records for authenticity.
Tier 3 – Manual Review: Provides an additional review of the application and supporting documentation before a final determination.
Applications with missing mandatory documents may be automatically rejected, making complete and accurate submissions an important part of the process.
From Approval to Disbursement
Approved reimbursements are disbursed through ACH bank transfer. The receiving account must match either the business owner’s name or the registered business entity, and the bank routing number must be successfully validated before funds can be transferred.
Together, the digital verification, multi-tier review and direct payment process provide a structured path from MAPF application to reimbursement.
