Known for his dynamic stage presence, flying mallets and infectious grooves, Taylor blends jazz, R&B, swing and funk into a distinctive musical style he calls “Vibrafunk”—the soulful sound of the vibraphone fused with the rhythmic power of a thumping bass guitar.

The high-energy Labor Day weekend concert will also feature keyboardist and producer Devone “Da-Vine Tuch” Allison.

A Las Vegas resident and five-time GRAMMY-nominated artist, Taylor was a protégé of legendary jazz vibraphonist Lionel Hampton, who mentored him and inspired his dedication to mastering the instrument. Taylor has since developed a performance style all his own, combining extraordinary musicianship, showmanship, and feel-good entertainment that appeals to audiences of all ages.

Taylor recently completed a two-year residency at Fontainebleau Las Vegas and has shared stages with or opened for celebrated artists including Earth, Wind & Fire, B.B.
