Joe Oliveri Transitioning to Advisory Role After Leading a Period of Transformational Growth

This leadership succession, orchestrated by Joe Oliveri and supported by the Board, culminates with today’s announcement that Oliveri will retire from Pavion following a transformational period of leadership. To support a seamless transition, he will continue to support the company as Advisor to the CEO and the Board.

Bierer brings extensive executive experience, operational expertise, and deep industry knowledge across the building technology and services sectors. Most recently, he served as President of Automated Logic, a Carrier company and leading provider of building automation and control solutions. Throughout his career, he has led large, complex field organizations across North America and Europe, driving both organic and inorganic growth, enhancing performance, and developing high-performing teams. In senior leadership roles at Carrier and Otis, he earned a reputation for scaling businesses, fostering strong cultures through employee engagement and development, and delivering world-class safety, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.
