New ETF Offers a Systematic Approach to International Country & Region Rotation Using the Momentum Factor

GLASTONBURY, Conn., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Symmetry Partners (“Symmetry”), a leading investment manager, today launched the Symmetry Panoramic International Country Momentum ETF (Ticker: ICMO), designed to provide investors with systematic exposure to international countries and regions demonstrating strong relative momentum.

ICMO is grounded in a dynamic, rules-based strategy that uses cross-sectional momentum to seek long-term capital appreciation by investing in the international countries and regions of the MSCI ACWI ex-US universe that have the strongest relative performance.

With returns of the top 13 performing countries over the last 15 years (through 8/2026)1 averaging almost 27% annually, a strategy focused on trying to identify the best performing countries exhibiting positive momentum offers the potential for enhanced returns.

Symmetry’s new ETF combines robust, research-backed momentum signals with a disciplined rebalancing approach to capture evolving international trends. The strategy allocates 75% of the portfolio to the highest-performing countries, based on 6- and 12-month momentum signals, and 25% of the portfolio to 1 of 3 international regions, International Developed, Emerging Markets, or the Total International Market, again based on momentum signals.

As International and Emerging Markets have demonstrated strong performance in recent years, ICMO may provide Financial Advisors and investors with a compelling solution for international diversification* and potential return enhancement. ICMO can , be used in place of or as a supplement to a traditional International core allocation, act as an active- strategy replacement, or enhance a factor-tilted portfolio.

“ICMO demonstrates our continued commitment to providing innovative, rules-based solutions,” said David Connelly, CEO of Symmetry Partners. “We believe this ETF delivers a distinctive way to capture changing leadership in international markets and is a wonderful complement to the Symmetry Panoramic Sector Momentum ETF (Ticker: SMOM) launched in September 2025.”

Symmetry Partners is known for its evidence-based investment approach and suite of solutions designed to help financial advisors better serve their clients. The launch of ICMO further expands the firm’s investment lineup, reflecting growing demand for factor-driven, dynamic investment options.
